Nagel in collaboration with our wholly owned subsidiary TBT of Germany designs and builds high-quality deep hole drilling machines primarily for smaller diameters.
Every machine is custom designed specifically for the application by utilizing proven subsystems. New and re-sharpening of gun drills are supported locally by TBT.
Low volume flexible machines are designed for quick change-over and can be partially or fully automated. High Volume Production systems are fully automated and require very little operator intervention.
Equipment is built to customer specifications.

- Siemens / AB PLC controls with ability to store up to 100 part programs
