O.ERRE.PI. MTH honing machines are engineered for automatic honing of the grooves, raceways and tracks that are critical to bearing performance. Applications include cylindrical roller bearings (CRB), tapered bearing units (TBU), spherical roller bearings (SRB), tapered roller bearings (TRB) and deep-groove ball bearings (DGBB). With a covered workpiece range extending from 20 mm to 600 mm outside diameter, the MTH platform provides manufacturers with solutions for both smaller precision components and significantly larger bearing applications.
Our MTH family includes multiple machine configurations designed around specific workpiece geometries, production volumes and finishing requirements. Available platforms include the MTH 200 0-2H, MTH 200 I-4H, MTH 250 U-I-O, MTH 250 FIR/FOR, MTH 350, MTH 400 U-I-O and MTH 150 I-SRB, allowing customers to select a honing system suited to their individual manufacturing process.
