Nagel
Precision’s R&D Department continuously
tests new advancements in machine controls,
tool and abrasive design, and fixturing
concepts on real world customer
applications.
An integral part of the new machine build is the
formulation of tool design and process
parameters, and applying these in a
“production like” environment prior to the
actual machine build.
Developmental machining is performed on flexible
machines comprised of the same critical
machine components as our production
machines.
