An industry standard for single-pass
connecting rod honing. |
Our single-pass process is widely
implemented throughout the industry for
connecting rod bore finishing in a variety
of materials: steel, PM, C70 or bronze
alloyed bushings.
In addition to honing very strict bore geometry and
surface finish tolerances, the Nagel
single-pass process can meet the most
demanding bore to face squareness and bend
and twist tolerances.
For customers who specify a cross-hatch
angle, a conventional honing process is also
offered.
