Nagel machines hone a wide
range of piston bore surface materials from grey cast iron to hypereutectic
aluminum alloys. Our optimized production is capable of
honing 4-150 finished engine blocks per
hour.
In addition, we offer
integrated, low-maintenance, single-pass
honing for crankshaft main bearing
bores and camshaft bores.
The machines also include integrated hone process
controls engineered in-house. Nagel utilizes
commercially available, non-proprietary
components, no 'black boxes.' |
